With a HUG, you can easily set up reminder emails that let you know when you need to carry out basic maintenance on your home. You don’t need to scratch your head wondering whether you had the boiler serviced last year or the year before, just follow the simple steps in your HUG and set-up a reminder for yourself.

You’ll never have to hunt down the manual for the vacuum cleaner or spend time wondering why you’ve kept the instructions for a toaster that you replaced four years ago.

And of course HUG also has full details of the Buildmark warranty and insurance policy that protects a new home during its first ten years. Having the details of Buildmark on the HUG system helps ensure that you can understand your policy, as well as its limits and exclusions.
